Volunteer registration for Emirates Dubai 7s are now open!

The Emirates Dubai 7s is back this November, and as ever, it needs a great team of people to help deliver the best 7s tournament in the world.

We are grateful to everyone who has helped shape the festival’s legacy over the past 54 years and now, we invite you to be part of the 55th Emirates Dubai 7s.

The Sports Operations team, charged with delivering one of the largest participation sports festivals in the world, is seeking Expressions of Interest from NEW people who are as passionate as we are about delivering the best Emirates Dubai 7s in 2025.

We have a variety of demanding but rewarding roles that need to be filled. Large-scale events stand and fall by the quality of and engagement with volunteers, by attending fans, and by participants.

Volunteers are our ‘front of house’ with those in attendance enjoying the event based heavily on the quality and nature of interactions with our Volunteer Team.

The team aims to provide a highly organised, professional, but calm and friendly vibe to give everyone attending the best possible experience.

Roles available in the following areas:

• Tunnel Managers
• Pitch Marshals
• On–Field Spotters
• Scoreboard Operators
• Anti Doping Chaperones
• Registration and Accreditation Assistants

Volunteering is demanding but rewarding. The volunteer workforce is well looked after, with meals, a tournament kit, and attendance at the event when not on shift, as well as complimentary seating.

Post tournament, the team will enjoy the opportunity to celebrate their success together as we look back at what will have been the best Emirates Dubai 7s.
