In 2025, we introduced a new package ‘The Sunroom Premium’ pass, which provides pass-holders with a dedicated area and table within The Sunroom lounge for the weekend.
Packages include the below (in addition to the standard Sunroom offering):
- A dedicated reserved table within The Sunroom for your group for the full day
- Premium location within The Sunroom with uninterrupted views of the large screen showing live coverage
- Dedicated table service for drinks throughout the entire day
- Upgraded beer and wine package
- Premium and discreet table name display for personal or company group booking
- Short meet & greet with festival ambassadors

VIP carparkAll Sunroom guests have access to the VIP Carpark with their tickets
Dedicated entrance and exit for hospitality guestsSunroom guests can use the dedicated entrance, accessible form the VIP car park and VIP drop off area

Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, evening bites will be served from 8am until 8pm premium hops, grape and cocktails served from 11am - 8pm
