With 6 different roles available across the weekend, this is your chance to get behind the scenes and become part of the team that helps bring Emirates Dubai 7s to life.

Every year, Dubai 7s comes together thanks to the incredible people working behind the scenes, and our volunteers play a huge part in making the weekend happen. This year, there are 6 volunteer roles available: Pitch Marshals, Tunnel Managers, On-field Spotters, Scoreboard Operators, Anti-doping Chaperones, and Registration & Accreditation volunteers. Whether you want to be close to the action, meet new people or experience Dubai 7s from a completely different perspective, there’s a role for you.

Volunteers will be expected to work a minimum of 4 hour shifts each day and must be available between 24-27^th November 2026. In return, you’ll get the opportunity to work alongside an amazing team, interact with world-class athletes from around the world and experience first-hand what goes into delivering the Middle East’s biggest sporting weekend.
